These gases, ash and open flame create texture and color on each piece that is entirely dependent to where it is in the kiln and what other pieces were surrounding it. \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"white-space: normal;\"\u003eThis wobble vase has an exposed bottom, where there was some smooth \"flashing\" (exposure to open flame) and textured interaction with ash - resulting in a beautiful shiny  copper variation on one side and texture grey-ish brown on the other. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"white-space: normal;\"\u003eMeasuring about 7\" long, 4.25\" wide with an opening of 1.25\", this wobble vase could hold flowers, or be a decorative piece for any table.
