Please note that while I hope you love your purchase, I am only able to offer a limited return policy at this time.

To start a return, you can contact me at claymakebykate@gmail.com. Please place the return reason and order number in the subject heading of your correspondence. You must include photo evidence within your claim (as described below) in the body of the email or as an attachment. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package via email.
